• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including certificates, boxes, and tags).

• Customized, resized, or engraved items are non‑returnable.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

• Natural gemstones and jadeite may display unique natural inclusions, textures, or color variations. These are not considered defects but part of their authenticity.

• If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value (price difference applies).

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that funds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing schedule.
