📜 Terms of Service

Welcome to Jade & Lithic Gallery. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms govern all purchases from our store.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Product Information

All items are described to the best of our ability, including material, color, texture, and carving details.
Natural pearls, gemstones and jadeite may contain inclusions, variations, or unique characteristics. These are not defects but part of their authenticity.
Our website uses original product photographs alongside AI-generated or AI-edited editorial imagery. Editorial imagery illustrates presentation and is not a substitute for original photographs when assessing a specific piece. Please contact us if you would like original photographs or further details of a piece. Colours and appearance can vary with lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in SGD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via the system's secure checkout system.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to incorrect listings.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances exacted by third parties.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Customized, resized, or engraved items are non‑returnable.
Customers are responsible for secure return shipping with tracking and insurance.

6. Authenticity & Certification

We guarantee that all jadeite, gemstones, and precious metals sold are authentic and accurately described.
For pieces priced below SGD 1,000, NGI (Natural Gemmological Institute, Singapore) certification is optional at SGD 100. For pieces priced SGD 1,000 and above, NGI certification is included in the purchase arrangement. Included certification does not mean an NGI report already exists; existing reports and any testing to be arranged are identified for the individual piece. Please contact us before purchase to confirm arrangements and turnaround time. Requests for other laboratories are subject to confirmation of availability, fees and turnaround time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of Jade & Lithic Gallery.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
